For kids who are interested in boating… three Tennessee State Parks now have a summer camp program for children. The Spirit of America camps are at Harrison Bay, Tims Ford and Paris Landing State Parks. Spirit of America provides the boats, and the state parks provide expertise and instruction. When camps are not in session, the watercraft will be available for rental. Children who complete the camp can earn TWRA boating certification.
