Natchez Trace State Forest Logging

It may not be what it looks like at first glance. Trees being cut down in the Natchez Trace State Forest are actually being removed for a good reason.

The Natchez Trace State Forest looks like a natural disaster may have wiped out some of the trees. But while this may seem to be a desolate scene to the untrained eyes… the people who care for this Tennessee treasure see it as a beautiful place where trees needed some help.

It’s all part of a forest management plan to preserve healthy trees and protect timber for the future.

In a very short time, we’re told this section of the forest will be blossoming and beautiful again.
