Prescribed Burn at Radnor

Come behind the barricades to experience a big burn in an urban environment.

Hi friends… welcome to the Wild Side… I’m Ezekiel Hall, filling in for our host, who is on assignment….

All access adventures are often what we have to offer you here on our show.

And when we were on location for World Wetlands Day, we found out rangers were working on a plan for a prescribed burning of over 80 acres in the Radnor Lake State Park and Natural Area.

A week after the big February freeze of 2021, we went behind the barricades to give you an exclusive environmental experience.

A prescribed burn is an example of conservation by an aggressive action to eliminate the problem.
