Komodo Dragons

There are giant creatures native to far away islands... now living in Tennessee.

The Islands of Indonesia are roughly10,000 miles from Tennessee. With volcanic mountains, shallow seas and heavy swamps along the coastlines, the geography and wildlife habitat is quite different from here. Even so… we now have a living connection to those islands… through the world’s largest lizard. It’s part of a long-term conservation program to preserve this powerful but endangered beast.

Clearly… Dale McGinnity has great respect and admiration for the creatures he helps protect.

And animals bring a lot of pleasure to a lot of people
