Homeowners Invasive Plant Primer

We're hanging out at home to take care of some troubling Tennessee outsiders.

Hi Friends Welcome to the Wild Side I’m Steve Hall…

Driving out on Tennessee back roads and certainly along city streets we see a significant surge in outdoor activity. While “staying home” is a dream come true for some, others are finding new ways to entertain and explore. It seems the perfect time to discover what belongs here and what really needs to go.

The Tennessee Invasive Plant Council recommends you choose native plants for your property when possible.  Although they also say the vast majority of non-native plants have naturalized and are not problematic.
