Wasps vs Emerald Ash Borer

We’ve told you quite a lot over the years of how invasive insects are threatening our trees.

But in the case of Ash Trees, scientists are attempting to attack one foreign bug with another one.

It’s sort of that old philosophy that “the enemy of my enemy is my friend.”

Some scientists believe these Asian wasps can really help slow the rapid destruction of our Ash Trees.

Others worry about possible unknown consequence another foreign insect may bring.
