Time travel is an intriguing idea… especially when we see the world in times of trouble. Hypothetically, if you were going to go back in time you might need some sort of sophisticated machine. But at Henry Horton State Park in Chapel Hill, Tennessee… when they celebrate a festival called Step Back in Time… the whole idea is a world without machines.
